It was a late night for Sallyann, Sixth Sense’s MD, when she delivered a presentation for media students at Temple University in the States – thanks to the hefty time difference! But, despite the virtual jet lag, the presentation went wonderfully well and Sallyann truly enjoyed the opportunity to speak to some of the next generation of media professionals. She shared her work, from the BBC series all the way up to Bow-Wowza, and answered the students’ questions about her top tips for working in the industry. These included the importance of following your passion, learning all steps of production and remembering that ‘TV is not a career – it’s a lifestyle.’ Surely all advice that will help the students to flourish!
