It was a real joy for Sallyann, Sixth Sense MD, to be asked to present this panel on the topic of ‘Leadership in 2021 and Beyond’ at the Children’s Media Conference 2021. Featuring panelists Tom Box of Blue Zoo, Shabnam Rezaei of Big Bad Boo and Jon Mason of Jollywise, as well as a number of vox pop contributors, this session covered topics ranging from remote working and training to DEI and compassion, all focused on sharing top tips on leadership from a number of industry experts. Sallyann moderated the panel and was able to share her own insights – and, of course, Archie Archibald the black Lab made an appearance. It was such fun to be involved with and Sallyann is grateful to the organisers, Shannon Reeve and Sarah Baynes, for the invitation.
